We are looking for an Associate Attorney (3-7 years of experience) to join our growing practice.

We offer tailored solutions for clients with unique financial needs, including wills, trusts, and strategies to minimize tax consequences. Our robust practice serves estates throughout Florida and advises on various trust issues, with attorneys often acting as fiduciaries. We also specialize in contested probate, trust and guardianship matters, and assist clients with the formation and management of closely held businesses, including LLCs, limited partnerships, and corporations. Compensation:
$125,000 - $175,000 (open to higher compensation based on experience)
About the Role: You'll work directly with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients on complex estate and tax planning strategies. The ideal candidate is technically strong, detail-oriented, and able to communicate sophisticated concepts clearly to clients and advisors.
What You'll Do: Draft and implement advanced estate planning structures, including GRATs, SLATs, BDITs, DAPTs, and ILITs Advise clients on income, gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer tax strategies Work with CPAs, financial advisors, and family offices to execute planning solutions Manage matters independently from initial consultation through completion What We're Looking For: 3-7 years of estate planning experience LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning (required) Admission to the Florida Bar Strong drafting and analytical skills Experience with high-net-worth client matters and complex trust planning Why Join Ellis Law Group? Candidates must be capable of handling complex planning matters and working directly with clients, financial advisors, and CPAs in a team-based environment. Requirements: J.D. from an accredited law school LL.M. in Estate Planning or Taxation 3-7 years of relevant experience in estate planning or related tax matters Florida Bar membership in good standing Strong drafting, analytical, and interpersonal skills
