Our clients are growth-stage companies that want to scale lean, stay agile, and operate globally without the overhead. We’re looking for a Sales Executive to join our growing U.S. team in Denver, CO. You’ll drive new business growth - connecting with CEOs, founders, and senior operators who need a better way to build and scale teams.

What You’ll Do

Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, present, close, and hand off to client success.

Lead outbound outreach to founders and senior executives across tech and professional services.

Build and maintain a pipeline through LinkedIn, cold outreach, and network-based selling.

Partner with leadership to refine messaging, GTM strategy, and client experience.

Represent Outsorcy at startup, founder, and talent ecosystem events.

Use modern sales tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Waalaxy, etc.) to scale efficiently.

Who You Are

Experienced:

3+ years of B2B sales experience in staffing, outsourcing, recruiting, or professional services.

Confident communicator:

You’re comfortable talking to CEOs and senior leaders and know how to earn trust quickly.

Hunter mindset:

You enjoy prospecting, creating pipeline, and closing new business.

Consultative:

You listen first and tailor solutions that make sense for each client.

Self-starter:

You thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
