We are seeking a highly motivated and impactful individual to join our team through Aquent, playing a pivotal role in coordinating and building critical policy programs. Key Responsibilities
Develop, create, and execute a variety of policy experiences, events, and outreach programs designed to educate and inform policy stakeholders.
Collaborate effectively across internal teams, including Policy, Product, Legal, Communications, and Partnerships, to champion and achieve the organization's policy objectives.
Establish and cultivate strong partnerships and relationships with external stakeholders, representing the organization at industry events, conferences, coalition meetings, and various working groups.
Provide essential support for the team's engagement efforts with policymakers, trade associations, industry partners, key opinion makers, and non‑profit organizations.
Assist in the preparation and briefing of organizational executives for crucial meetings and public appearances involving third‑party groups and stakeholders.
Design and implement internal processes to optimize workflow, enhance cross‑functional communication, and improve overall team collaboration.
Travel as required to fulfill responsibilities and engage with stakeholders.
Must‑Have Qualifications
2‑5 years of professional experience in government, technology, policy, or the nonprofit sector.
Bachelor's degree.
Demonstrated ability to function independently in a fast‑paced environment, with a detail‑oriented, creative, and results‑driven approach.
Proven capability to rapidly build credibility and trust across all levels of an organization.
Adept at understanding and navigating complex policy and reputation challenges.
Strong passion for the mission and objectives of a leading technology organization.
Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications
Direct experience in policy stakeholder engagement.
Experience in managing policy programs and events.
Familiarity with the policy‑making process at either the federal or state levels.
