Job Description SanDisk is seeking a candidate for our Memory Technology Solutions Team in Milpitas, CA. In this role, the individual will be responsible to work on 3D NAND flash memory development and production ramp projects that include wafer/package level reliability testing and analysis. The individual will perform electrical failure analysis, wafer and package level data analysis, define root causes of DPPM issues, and support improvements in terms of NAND test coverage and Fab process solutions. The individual will create test sequence, perform debugging of the issues, run DOEs to narrow down the root cause of failures. Individual will be working on product specific NAND testing for endurance and reliability checks. The individual will interface with design, process, test, reliability, and system engineering cross functional teams to resolve NAND memory related issues.

The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast‑moving, dynamic environment, and should have experience integrating their hardware and software skills to create a complete solution. The individual must be self‑motivated and self‑directed and must also demonstrate their ability to work well with others as a key member of a team. In addition, the individual must have the ability to work effectively cross‑functionally, coordinate priorities and initiatives, troubleshoot and analyze complex problems, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. This position offers hands on experience with Design, Test, and Reliability Engineering along with NAND Flash Device knowledge.

Required Qualifications

MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering degree or equivalent and 1‑2 years of Flash memory experience.

Semiconductor/circuit theory coursework (Device Physics, basic electronic components such as diode, BJT, C‑MOS transistor).

Computer architecture coursework (logic, systems) and digital electronics/circuits.

AIML and data analytics skills.

Demonstrated skills: 3D flash memory background (plus) ; debugging and troubleshooting; working with hardware and software applications.

Preferred Qualifications / Technical Skills

Basic scripting skills (Perl, Python).

Hands‑on lab experience with electronic instruments (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, meters).

Prior engineering work experience.

Compensation & Benefits Details

The salary range is a range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting. It will be modified in the future.

Eligibility for short‑term incentive (STI) and long‑term incentive (LTI) programs. RSU awards are available to eligible new hires.
