Salary: $48,000 – $63,000 annually

What You Will Be Doing
Ensure the safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks – 12 years.
Ensure all staff understand classroom objectives and expectations.
Assist the Center Director with compliance to childcare licensing requirements and internal policies.
Understand, manage, and track expenses, revenue, and goals for annual budgeting.
Substitute as Center Director in their absence.
Serve as a resource and leader to all personnel, fostering a professional and motivating work environment.
Review staffing needs, scheduling, and classroom assignments.
Establish and maintain effective communication with children, parents, and staff.
Requirements
Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required.
2+ years of childcare or teaching experience preferred.
Demonstrated leadership qualities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and remain organized.
Ability to work within regular operating hours.
Must meet state criteria for child care employment.
