With two hospitals (Kaka’ako and Kailua) and clinics in Kaneohe and Kahala, our team works together as one cohesive ‘ohana, supporting each other and our communities across Oahu. Provide compassionate, high-quality care to every patient and client Practice Fear-Free and low-stress handling to ensure patient comfort and safety Assist veterinarians with exams, surgery, dentistry, radiology, and specialty procedures Anticipate the needs of the DVM team to promote efficiency and teamwork Maintain accurate medical records and uphold hospital standards of cleanliness and organization Share your knowledge and encourage the growth of others through collaboration and mentorship Broaden your skill set by exploring new techniques, technologies, and services Communicate with warmth, clarity, and confidence What Our Technicians and Assistants Bring
Experience as a veterinary assistant or licensed veterinary technician (RVT/LVT/CVT preferred) A passion for animals and dedication to providing the highest standard of care A positive, supportive attitude and excellent communication skills Confidence to take initiative and ownership of daily responsibilities Commitment to teamwork, respect, and ongoing learning Curiosity and enthusiasm for expanding professional skills Critical thinking, curiosity, and a can-do attitude Benefits
