Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in trademark and copyright litigation in federal court and before administrative bodies.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal memoranda related to IP disputes.
Conduct legal research and develop case strategy in collaboration with senior attorneys.
Take and defend depositions and participate in hearings, settlement discussions, and mediations.
Advise clients on enforcement and defense of intellectual property rights, including anti‑counterfeiting initiatives.
Provide guidance on litigation risks and IP protection strategies.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of litigation experience, with a focus on intellectual property law.
Strong understanding of the Lanham Act, DMCA, and other relevant IP statutes.
Admitted to practice in New York and eligible to appear in federal courts.
TTAB or USPTO litigation experience is a plus.
Excellent legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
Strong ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
