Personal Injury Litigation Attorney
One
Federal (Intellectual Property) Litigation Attorney
Who You Are You are a seasoned litigator with
4–10 years of experience
and strong command of litigation practice and procedure. You thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, manage multiple cases effectively, and maintain exceptional attention to detail. You are proactive, solutions‑oriented, and deeply committed to providing excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities (Applicable to Both Roles)
Serve as counsel on complex litigation matters in state and/or federal court.
Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and briefs.
Develop and execute litigation strategy in collaboration with colleagues and clients.
Conduct and defend depositions, attend hearings, mediations, and trials.
Perform legal research and analysis on procedural and substantive issues.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts.
Maintain organized case files, deadlines, and client communications.
Represent clients in trial when necessary.
Role-Specific Focus Areas 1. Personal Injury Litigation Attorney
Handle all phases of personal injury litigation, including pre‑suit investigation, discovery, negotiation, and trial preparation.
Represent clients in motor vehicle, premises liability, and other negligence cases.
Manage relationships with medical providers, experts, and insurance carriers.
Bar Admission:
Nevada Bar required.
2. Federal Litigation / Intellectual Property Attorney
Represent clients in federal cases, including intellectual property, trademark, and unfair competition matters.
Handle federal infringement suits and other IP‑related disputes.
Draft and respond to motions, manage discovery, and oversee case strategy.
Bar Admission:
Admission to at least one U.S. jurisdiction required; federal court admission preferred.
Qualifications (for Both Roles)
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
4–10 years of litigation experience (trial experience strongly preferred).
Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
A collaborative spirit and a “can‑do” attitude.
Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and client‑centered mindset.
