POSITION SUMMARY
The Investor Relations Manager will work closely with the leadership team to ensure best-in-class investor engagement and support the firm’s capital-raising initiatives. This role blends communication, analysis, and project management and requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of helping to identify investors in alignment with corporate strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES Investor Communications
Develop and maintain high-quality investor materials, including quarterly/annual reports, portfolio updates, presentations, and ad hoc communications.
Draft and refine responses to investor inquiries and requests for information, coordinating with the executive team to ensure accuracy and alignment.
Fundraising & Marketing Support
When appropriate, create marketing collateral such as pitch decks, fact sheets, and due diligence materials to support ongoing fundraising efforts.
Assist with planning and logistical support for meetings and events as needed.
Investor Targeting & Market Intelligence
Research and identify potential investors aligned with the firm’s strategic objectives, including institutional and private capital sources.
Monitor investor trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform engagement strategies and leadership decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with the acquisitions, market research, asset management, finance teams, and other teams as necessary to gather data and insights needed for investor materials.
Help ensure consistency of messaging across all external touchpoints.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Communications, or a related field required; MBA or CFA designation a plus.
5–8 years of experience in investor relations, capital markets, private equity, or related fields within real estate, alternative investments, or financial services required.
Strong writing and presentation skills with the ability to distill complex information into clear, compelling narratives.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel); experience with CRM tools is a plus.
Understanding of real estate investment structures and performance metrics preferred.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Travel may be required.
