What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and communicate a strategic vision for the US Anterior Segment Sales team
Enroll the team in building and executing strategic initiatives aligned with business priorities
Define customer relationships and business plans to achieve sales objectives
Identify growth opportunities and optimize the sales organization
Provide oversight for Anterior Segment sales activities and ensure technical competency among sales teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's Degree; MBA is desirable
Minimum 5+ years of commercial sales experience
3-5 years of direct experience in Anterior Segment Sales
Strong relationship-building, conflict management, and influencing skills
Ability to lead diverse behavioral styles of both internal and external customers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Highly agile with a growth mindset and relentless pursuit of success
Experience in modeling and advancing operational effectiveness with a solution orientation
Proven ability to teach, model, and coach high-performance sales behaviors
Strategic leadership skills with decisiveness and operational knowledge
Experience in a role requiring extensive travel (75-80%)
