IT Support Specialist (White Glove Support) Location & Travel

Full-Time About the Role
One of our major clients is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support for their Stamford headquarters and satellite offices in Brooklyn and Boston. This role is ideal for a proactive, customer?focused professional who thrives in a fast?paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional IT services. Key Responsibilities Provide deskside and remote IT support for Stamford, Brooklyn, and Boston offices. Manage IT asset inventory and ensure accurate tracking. Travel to satellite offices to deliver on?site technical support. Install, upgrade, repair, configure, and deploy mobile devices, laptops, tablets, and related hardware. Manage and resolve incidents and service requests through the ticketing system, ensuring SLA compliance. Provide after?hours and on?call support as needed. Support hardware and software troubleshooting, including MacOS, Windows, and Office 365 environments. Assist with IT?related projects, including office expansions and AV conferencing setups. Document processes and create user guides as required.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of IT support experience in a corporate environment. Strong knowledge of Windows (9511), MacOS, iOS, and Android. Proficiency with Office 365, Active Directory, Azure, Intune, and VPN solutions. Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zoho Desk). Familiarity with ITIL best practices. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem?solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer?first mindset.
Preferred Skills
Experience providing white glove support to executive?level users. Knowledge of SAP and POS systems. Familiarity with AV conferencing tools (Teams, Zoom, Cisco Webex). Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast?paced environment.
