Opportunity You will leverage your extensive Charles River Development (CRD) expertise and SaaS experience to design, implement, and support cutting‑edge investment management solutions. You will work with cross‑functional teams to configure workflows, manage integrations, and ensure a smooth transition to CRD’s SaaS platform while maintaining operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Your Key Responsibilities

Lead multiple CRD implementation and enhancement projects end‑to‑end, from requirements through deployment and stabilization.

Lead SaaS migration activities including environment readiness, data migration, regression testing, and coordination with infrastructure teams.

Define the CRD roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that improve efficiency, data quality and compliance.

Drive and oversee CRD platform configuration, compliance rule setup, workflows, and integration points across modules.

Design and validate CRD integrations with IBOR, data warehouses, performance, risk and accounting systems.

Ensure seamless data flows through CRD data loader, FIX connectivity, SDK, APIs and other integration tools, maintaining reliability and performance.

Partner with data management teams to design and maintain CRD’s ADP and EDM integrations.

Manage reference data, pricing, and security master integration to support accurate instrument setup, validation and testing.

Lead system upgrades, regression testing and configuration migrations across environments (DEV, UAT, PROD).

Establish data governance and quality control frameworks with CRD, ensuring consistency across upstream and downstream systems.

Leverage SQL and data analysis tools to validate data, support investigations and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.

Manage a team of business analysts, providing mentorship, technical guidance and professional development opportunities.

Lead cross‑functional communication between front, middle and back‑office teams, translating complex technical topics into clear business language.

Promote best practices in system configuration, change management and delivery methodology, ensuring consistent project execution across teams.

Stay current on CRD product enhancements, new modules and industry trends to proactively identify opportunities for system improvement and automation.

Skills and Attributes for Success Collaborate with client technology professionals and strategic third‑party alliances to deliver cutting‑edge technology solutions. Drive engagement management, execute projects seamlessly, and build strong client relationships while ensuring top‑notch reporting and management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and approximately 5 years of related work experience, or a graduate degree and approximately 4 years of related work experience.

Degree in computer science, engineering, accounting, finance or a related field; MBA or MS preferred.

5+ years of experience at a financial services company or comparable advisory experience.

Experience working in a Hedge Fund, Wealth/Asset Management company or as a Management Consultant in one of these companies.

5+ years of hands‑on Charles River (CRD/CRIMS) experience.

Demonstrated experience leading and supporting SaaS migrations, including transition from on‑premise environments to cloud‑hosted solutions.

Experience managing and supervising a team of technology advisors through all phases of the technology life cycle.

Strong communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.

Comfortable researching client inquiries, emerging issues, regulations, industry practices and new technologies.

Strong experience in supervising and executing all phases of the technology life cycle, based on proven project management and testing methodologies.

Deep knowledge of technical architecture design and understanding of middleware, database, reporting tools, etc. in financial systems architecture.

Willingness and ability to travel; must hold a passport and a valid driver’s licence.

A comprehensive compensation and benefits package. Base salary ranges vary by location ($128,400‑$235,300 in the US; $154,000‑$267,400 for New York City metro, Washington, CA).
