Overview
Director of Recruiting and Delivery @ GTN Technical Civil Engineer (Remote – Houston, TX Area) This full-time hybrid role offers remote flexibility while managing both local and out-of-state projects. As a key contributor to our Texas expansion, you will lead roadway and bridge design projects, provide technical leadership, and support the continued growth of our client’s operations across the region. Base pay range
$120,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr Additional compensation types
Annual Bonus Responsibilities
Project Management:
Lead roadway and bridge design projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and compliance with client standards. Technical Leadership:
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams. Surveying & Utility Coordination:
Manage surveying, right-of-way acquisition, and utility relocation projects in partnership with land surveyors and technical staff. Client Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in Texas, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. Strategic Support:
Contribute to the growth and operational success of the Houston office while assisting with projects in other regions. Qualifications
Licensure:
Professional Engineer (PE) required; Texas PE preferred. Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) a plus. Experience:
10–15 years in transportation engineering, emphasizing roadway and bridge design. Technical Skills:
Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and OpenRoads; familiarity with MicroStation preferred. Additional:
Experience with hydraulics and utility relocation is advantageous. Occasional travel required. Compensation
Salary:
$120,000–$160,000 base salary, commensurate with experience Benefits:
