We’re looking for an experienced

Civil Engineer

to take ownership of civil design and production efforts across a range of exciting public and private projects. The ideal candidate is a

creative, self‑motivated professional

who enjoys leading roadway and site design work from concept through construction—while mentoring others and collaborating across disciplines.

What You’ll Do

Lead and execute civil/site design projects, including stormwater management, utilities, grading, and roadway design.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients on multidisciplinary projects.

Provide technical oversight, mentorship, and professional guidance to junior engineers and design staff.

Participate in design charrettes, client meetings, and project presentations.

Maintain active involvement in the local engineering community.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

(ABET accredited).

Professional Engineer (PE) license

with NCEES certification and ability to obtain licensure in multiple states.

7+ years of experience in site design, ideally within an A/E consulting environment.

Strong background in stormwater, utility, parking, and DOT (ODOT preferred) projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroFlow drainage software, and Microsoft Office.

Knowledge of AASHTO and ODOT design standards and BIM workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with MicroStation OpenRoads or GEOPAK.

Experience with Federal Government Agencies such as DoD, DOJ, or USACE.

Base Pay Range

$95,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr
