Nuvia Dental Implant Center, a growing dental implant and fixed‑prosthesis center, is looking for a skilled CRNA to join our team at our new office in Torrance, CA. We provide implants and full‑mouth restorations to our patients, literally changing their lives. Our top priority is the satisfaction and well‑being of our patients. At Nuvia, our CRNAs are efficient with their time, self‑motivated and always put patient safety as the top priority. An ideal candidate has experience with practicing independently and with nasal intubations; however, we are willing to train the right candidate. Predictable Wednesday – Thursday schedule
No nights, weekends, call or holidays
Independent practice, 1099 contractor
100% autonomy
Guaranteed daily rate + pay for performance

Education & Experience
Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
Valid certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Current ACLS and BLS from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
Ability to obtain and maintain professional malpractice insurance
Experience with dental anesthesia is helpful
Duties
Administer anesthesia with nasal intubation for full‑mouth dental implants in an office‑based setting
Collaborate with surgeons and dentists to optimize, develop and implement anesthesia plans
Ensure safe and effective delivery of anesthesia by following established protocols and guidelines
Perform pre‑operative assessments and provide education to patients regarding options and potential risks
Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia administration, patient responses and any adverse events
Stay up‑to‑date with evidence‑based research on anesthesia techniques, medications and equipment
Success in this position is defined by delivering safe, consistent anesthesia to every single patient. Effective communication with all parties involved is crucial for the success of our centers.
