Designed exclusively for take-out and third-party delivery, Alliance Kitchen is a hub of operational innovation and efficiency, redefining how we serve guests and develop talent. As the General Manager, you’ll lead this nontraditional – non guest facing, multi-brand facility with a bold vision for the future of food service. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives across all four brands, driving financial performance, team development, and brand integrity. This role is key to delivering exceptional guest experiences while fostering high-performing, cross-functional teams. You’ll also play a critical role in shaping Inspires\' next-generation restaurant model—where technology, streamlined operations, and leadership growth come together to create what’s next in the industry. Top Responsibilities

Drive Operational and Financial Performance Lead restaurant operations to achieve sales growth and profitability targets; analyze performance metrics, identify opportunities, and implement strategies that maximize revenue, control costs, and ensure operational excellence. Provide Leadership, Coaching, and Support Partner with restaurant leaders through regular business reviews and coaching conversations; address performance issues, provide operational guidance, and develop management capabilities to drive consistent execution across all brands. Build and Maintain High-Performing Teams Ensure restaurants are fully staffed with skilled, friendly, and motivated team members; oversee recruiting, training, and scheduling practices to maintain labor efficiency and strong engagement. Ensure Exceptional Guest Experience and Brand Standards Elevate restaurant performance by reinforcing Safety First procedures and excellence in product quality, friendliness, cleanliness, accuracy, and speed of service; conduct Area Operations Reviews (AORs) on schedule to measure compliance and improvement. Develop Future Leaders and Strengthen the Talent Pipeline Build a strong bench of “A” players by executing training and development programs; foster accountability, growth, and operational expertise for long-term sustainability. Operational Leadership Oversee daily operations across all restaurant brands to ensure adherence to brand standards, procedures, and company policies; develop and monitor systems to improve efficiency and scalability; collaborate with culinary, marketing, and supply chain teams on launches, promotions, and updates. Financial Performance Own P&L performance across all brands, ensuring revenue growth, cost control, and profitability; establish and monitor budgets and forecasts; identify cost savings and margin improvements. People Leadership & Development Foster a culture of accountability, leadership development, and operational excellence; conduct regular evaluations and succession planning; promote employee engagement through strong leadership. Guest Experience & Brand Standards Ensure each restaurant delivers exceptional guest experiences aligned with each brand’s positioning; monitor feedback and reputation; partner with QA and Training to maintain safety and compliance. Strategic Growth & Innovation Contribute to company-wide strategic planning, expansion, and brand development; support new unit openings, remodels, and brand integrations; use data to identify trends and opportunities. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with Marketing, HR, Finance, and Supply Chain to align operational goals with business strategy; serve as liaison between corporate leadership and field operations. Qualifications

4+ years of restaurant General Manager experience; multi-brand and multi-unit experience strongly preferred Strong financial acumen with experience managing large-scale P&Ls Proven ability to lead diverse teams and drive results through others Excellent communication, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills Experience with franchise and corporate-owned restaurant operations is a plus Performance Metrics
