Inspire Brands’ Alliance Kitchen is a first‑of‑its‑kind innovation kitchen concept that brings together the best of Arby’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, SONIC, and Jimmy John’s—all under one roof. Designed exclusively for take‑out and third‑party delivery, Alliance Kitchen is a hub of operational innovation and efficiency. As the General Manager, you’ll lead this non‑traditional, multi‑brand facility with a bold vision for the future of food service, overseeing day‑to‑day operations and strategic initiatives across all four brands to drive financial performance, team development, and brand integrity. Responsibilities
Drive operational and financial performance—lead restaurant operations to achieve sales growth and profitability targets, analyze metrics, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and control costs. Provide leadership, coaching, and support—partner with restaurant leaders through regular business reviews, address performance exceptions, and develop management capabilities. Build and maintain high‑performing teams—ensure restaurants are fully staffed, manage recruiting, training, and scheduling to maintain labor efficiency and employee engagement. Ensure exceptional guest experience and brand standards—reinforce safety procedures, product quality, cleanliness, and speed of service, and conduct Area Operations Reviews to measure compliance. Develop future leaders and strengthen the talent pipeline—execute training programs, build a bench of “A” players, and foster a culture of accountability and growth. Oversee daily operations across all brands to ensure adherence to brand standards and company policies. Develop, implement, and monitor operational systems to improve efficiency and scalability. Ensure operational consistency and excellence across all units while respecting each brand’s unique identity. Partner with culinary, marketing, and supply‑chain teams to support new product launches, promotions, and menu updates. Own P&L performance across all brands—establish and monitor financial goals, budgets, and forecasts. Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvement, and margin enhancement. Foster a culture of accountability, leadership development, and operational excellence. Conduct regular performance evaluations and develop succession planning strategies. Promote employee engagement and retention through strong communication and leadership practices. Ensure each restaurant delivers exceptional guest experiences aligned with brand positioning. Monitor guest feedback and brand reputation, implementing corrective actions where needed. Partner with QA and Training to maintain brand integrity, safety, and compliance standards. Contribute to company‑wide strategic planning, expansion, and brand development initiatives. Support new unit openings, remodels, and brand integrations. Leverage data and market insights to identify emerging trends and opportunities. Work closely with Marketing, HR, Finance, and Supply‑Chain teams to align operational goals with overall business strategy. Serve as the key liaison between corporate leadership and field operations. Qualifications
4+ years of restaurant General Manager experience; multi‑brand and multi‑unit experience strongly preferred. Strong financial acumen with experience managing large‑scale P&Ls. Proven ability to lead diverse teams and drive results through others. Excellent communication, strategic planning, and problem‑solving skills. Experience with franchise and corporate‑owned restaurant operations is a plus. Performance Metrics
