Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care to adult patients with emphasis on prevention, health education, and continuity of care. Perform comprehensive medical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans. Diagnose and manage chronic and acute conditions. Promote wellness through screenings, education, and preventive care. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care coordinators; utilize modern electronic health records (EHR) and digital tools to streamline care. Why You’ll Love Working Here

Licensed MD or DO in Florida (or eligible). Board certified/board eligible. Primary Care or Internal Medicine experience preferred. Excellent communication and clinical judgment. Passion for patient-centered, value-based care. Required Education

Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution. Required Experience

Minimum 3 years of residency training in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Required Licenses & Certifications

Current, unrestricted Florida Medical License (or ability to obtain). Board Certification in Family Medicine (or Board Eligible). Current State DEA Certificate. Current BLS and ACLS certifications. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to continuing medical education and staying current with advancements in family medicine. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications

Spanish language proficiency preferred, but not required. Experience in a value-based or managed care setting is a plus. Languages

Advanced English required Spanish preferred Travel
