Fund Finance Associate
Our client, a global asset management firm specializing in aviation investments, is seeking a Fund Finance Associate to support the financial operations of its private equity funds.
Location San Francisco, CA. This position is hybrid, with in-office expectations 2 days per week.
Job Description This is a newly created role, ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex financial problems and working closely with investors.
Responsibilities
Prepare capital call and distribution calculations and ensure timely execution
Track and evaluate investment performance and deliver actionable insights
Manage investor portal and respond to inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
Support fundraising efforts and investor presentations with data and analysis
Assist in monthly and quarterly reporting, including NAVs and capital statements
Generate ad hoc reports, fee analyses, and cash flow assessments
Collaborate with investment managers and custodians to resolve financial discrepancies
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or fund administration
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical mindset
Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure

Licensure and certifications;
