Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support for senior executives in a fast-paced financial services environment. This contract position is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and involves managing executive schedules, coordinating complex travel plans, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting leadership with professionalism and discretion. Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments with precision.
 - Coordinate and book comprehensive travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
 - Organize and prepare for executive meetings, ensuring agendas, materials, and follow-ups are handled effectively.
 - Oversee expense reporting and reimbursement processes using tools such as Concur.
 - Act as a point of contact between executives and internal or external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
 - Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
 - Monitor and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and calls, to ensure timely responses.
 - Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
 - Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or administrative challenges.
 - Support additional administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office. Requirements - A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
 - Expertise in managing complex calendars and scheduling for senior-level executives.
 - Demonstrated ability to coordinate intricate travel arrangements, both domestic and international.
 - Proficiency in Concur for expense reporting and travel management.
 - Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
 - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
 - High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
