- Assist in the overall functioning of the Administrative Suite to ensure appropriate business etiquette is maintained. Screen phone calls, correspondence and visitors using discretion and judgment to direct to appropriate individual.
- Type correspondence and other materials on a variety of general and technical topics, some of which are of a highly confidential nature.
- Attend and participate in department staff meetings.
- Compile Kronos payroll reports. Compile executive expense reports in CONCUR.
- Coordinate all Administrative files; assist in the coordination and maintenance of all records to assure compliance with all Joint Commission and other regulatory requirements and standards.
- Assume responsibility for routine business activities acting as an "agent" for the CEO. Maintains executive calendars, arranges meetings, and makes travel arrangements.
- Assist medical staff as requested.
- Requisition needed office supplies.
- Supervise all support staff within the Administrative suite.
- Be Responsible for the training and evaluation of new Administrative suite support staff with feedback from executives.
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- College degree preferred
- 5 years of administrative assistant experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
