- *Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is looking for **Mid-level/Experienced Manufacturing Operations Analysts - Compliance** (Level 3/4) to support the Wings/P-8 Compliance team onsite in **Renton, Washington** . This role is primarily first shift; however, there may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives. Your hiring manager will share your schedule when you start.
- *Position Responsibilities:**
- Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria on the shop floor
- Analyzes and interprets data
- Provides feedback on assessment results
- Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes
- Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans
- Works under general direction and is self starter
- Advising and influencing managers or non-managers to meet organizational goals and company standards/policies
- 3+ years of experience in the aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
- 3+ years of experience with business problem identification, data collection and preparation, interpretation and problem solving
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- 3+ years of experience with Project Management
- 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams
- 3+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and/or Boeing Production System (BPS)
- 1+ years of experience performing compliance monitoring and policy assessments/audits
- 3+ years of experience advising and influencing managers or non-managers to meet organizational goals
- *Summary pay range:**
- *Level 3:** $85,000 - $115,000
- *Level 4:** $100,300 - $135,700
- *Export Control Requirements:** This is not an Export Control position.
