What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Manage all phases of project development including initiation, planning, execution, release, and closing - Coordinate internal and external development and test resources while ensuring project alignment - Monitor and report on project costs, schedules, and documentation - Identify project priorities, deliver expectations, and mitigate risks within the project team - Develop business and marketing strategies to optimize product performance

What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor's Degree - Legal authorization to work in the US is required; no sponsorship for employment visas will be provided - Ability to travel 25% of the time - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management or leadership role - Experience with financial aspects of project management including project accounting and revenue recognition

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Bachelor of Science Degree in an Engineering discipline - Experience in Pulp & Paper or Metals industries - Demonstrated ability to work in high-pressure environments with competing priorities - Advanced training or certifications in PMI/PMP - Proven track record of constructive feedback and collaboration in project settings
