What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Plan, schedule, and monitor all aspects of assigned projects, including cost forecasting and documentation - Manage partner communications and project requirements, ensuring alignment of internal and external resources - Own project priorities and delivery expectations, identifying and mitigating risks within the project team - Develop business and marketing strategies to optimize product performance and achieve business goals - Utilize project management techniques and tools to ensure deliverables are met
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor's Degree - Legal authorization to work in the US; no sponsorship for employment visas - Ability to travel 25% of the time - Proven experience in project management or project leadership roles - Strong understanding of financial aspects of project management, including revenue recognition and project accounting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Bachelor of Science Degree in an Engineering discipline - 5+ years of experience in the Pulp & Paper or Metals industries - Experience working in high-pressure environments with competing priorities - Advanced training or certifications in PMI/PMP - Demonstrated ability to provide constructive feedback and collaborate effectively
