One of the leading companies in the nuclear sector is looking to bring in a Safety Case Engineer to join the growing team working on vast projects in the nuclear space. This is one of the best and well known projects and companies in the sector. Role type: Permanent Location: Warrington, Bristol, Leicester, Glasgow or Newbury Salary: £48,000 to £62,000 depending on experience Our client offer an excellent benefits package, bonuses and travel experience for 2nd site work. Our client are looking for several Senior Safety Case engineers to join their Nuclear projects. With flexible working and remote working, they are open to someone joining from all over the UK. You will be responsible for ensuring the Engineering works are Safe & Secure by creating specialist plans and reviews. You will examine the engineering activities and manage the delivery of the safety aspects required for them. Being one of the more senior technical members of the team, supporting managers with technical problems. This is an exciting opportunity to work on multiple projects and have a varied work life. The role requires Security Clearance, so you must be a UK with a British Passport. Responsibilities
Produce and Design Technical and General reports on safety Create strategies for hazard management Author Safety Assessments in radiological work & Hazard Management Participate in HAZID/HAZOP Manage the delivery for the work undertaken by the supply chain Experience / Requirements
