Business Analyst I - Operations and Supply Chain (H/F) – MAG AEROSPACE INDUSTRIES, LLC. Join to apply for the Business Analyst I role at AEROCONTACT. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part on the Business team, analyzing business issues, defining requirements, designing computer programs, and recommending automated system controls and protocols to solve organizational and operational issues. You will determine operational objectives, gather information, evaluate output requirements and formats, work closely with end users to analyze, define, model, and document systems requirements, and manage project milestones, phases, and elements to keep the team within timeline and budget. Responsibilities

Analyze business issues, define requirements, design computer programs, and recommend automated system controls and protocols. Determine operational objectives, gather information, and evaluate output requirements and formats. Work closely with end users to analyze, define, model, and document systems requirements. Identify project milestones, phases, and elements; manage timeline and budget. Construct workflow charts and diagrams; study system capabilities; write specifications. Develop organizational change management framework and conduct user acceptance testing. Maintain automated system protocols by writing and updating procedures; create end-user documentation and deliver training as needed. Improve business processes through fit-for-purpose, harmonized applications; support successful implementation and changes to applications. Improve communication between business departments and Safran Information Services; interview process owners and key users to document processes and develop functional specifications. Translate diverse business requirements into common functional specifications; review project/change requests for feasibility, standards compliance, business case, risk, and priority. Support ERP and other business systems, prepare training materials, and facilitate training; assist in software testing and development of reports and tools addressing business needs. Support transformation projects (e.g., transfer of work, new product introduction, ERP migration). Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering. Experience: 3-5 years of business applications experience with a solid understanding of business processes in manufacturing and/or supply chain. Technical Skills: Strong ERP knowledge (Infor M3 or SAP is a plus); proficiency with SQL; proficiency with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker). Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Experience with project management methodologies; Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus. Other Skills: Strong verbal and written communication; ability to build and maintain effective relationships; works under moderate supervision with latitude for independent judgment.
