Become the go-to vehicle expert; master our product lineup from features to custom packages, building confidence in new and pre-owned models. Turn first-time buyers into lifelong clients by connecting, listening, and delivering a personalized experience. Lead with curiosity and insight; guide customers through the buying journey using consultative selling and tailored solutions. Handle every interaction with poise and professionalism; manage CRM follow-ups, texting, and email to address concerns and create opportunities. Deliver polished vehicle demonstrations that are energetic and professional. Maintain strong connections and drive referrals and repeat business through consistent follow-up. Embrace challenges, sharpen objection-handling skills, and thrive in high-energy sales environments. Inspire the team by meeting goals and supporting others; lead by example on the sales floor.
