This position reports to the Vice President, Multifamily Management. Job Classification: Regular, Full Time, Exempt Location: Lincoln, CA (as listed in posting) Compensation:

$110,000 - $125,000

Responsibilities Oversee leasing operations across a portfolio of multifamily communities, with emphasis on new construction lease-ups. Drive leasing performance and implement strategies to achieve occupancy goals. Train and mentor onsite leasing teams; ensure an exceptional resident experience from first contact to move-in. Develop and execute leasing plans tailored to each community, focusing on high-velocity lease-ups. Partner with marketing to launch campaigns that attract qualified prospects and maximize visibility. Analyze traffic, conversion rates, and market comps to adjust strategy in real time. Evaluate and supervise leasing staff; make recommendations on recruitment and retention. Recruit, train, and mentor onsite leasing professionals to deliver top-tier customer service and meet leasing goals. Provide coaching and development opportunities to build high-performing teams. Serve as a subject matter expert for best practices in digital leasing, lead management, and resident engagement. Monitor leasing activity across the portfolio; create and deliver weekly occupancy, trends, and pipeline health reports. Identify underperforming communities and implement corrective action plans. Drive accountability for meeting and exceeding KPIs, including lease velocity, occupancy, and renewal benchmarks. Ensure professional, empathetic communication at every customer touchpoint. Champion systems and practices that streamline the application, approval, and move-in process. Gather resident feedback to identify opportunities for improvement in leasing and service delivery.

Qualifications Minimum 5–7 years of multifamily leasing experience, including at least 3 years in a management or portfolio role. Proven success leading lease-up projects and achieving occupancy goals. Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and inspire teams at multiple locations. Proficiency in property management and CRM software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, Entrata). Deep knowledge of fair housing laws, compliance requirements, and leasing best practices.
