Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive pediatric care to patients in a clinical setting
Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostics to determine treatment plans
Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care plans
Stay current with advancements in pediatric medicine and best practices
Participate in ongoing professional development and training
Adhere to all healthcare regulations and compliance standards
Requirements
Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in Pediatrics
Valid medical license to practice in the state
Mid-senior level experience in pediatric care
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of pediatric medicine
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is preferred
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 to 10-hour day shifts
No call requirement
Patient Census: 12-16 per day
Patient Population: Infants, children, and adolescents
Must be board-certified or board-eligible
Any active, unrestricted U.S. license accepted
