We are seeking an experienced

Contract Manager

to support multiple business lines with a strong focus on

client retention and growth . The ideal candidate is a skilled negotiator who excels at interpreting complex terms, aligning stakeholders, and developing renewal strategies that protect the organization while driving customer satisfaction and business results. All candidates must be local to Pomona area and able to interview F2F.

This is a

hands-on, Contract to Hire

role that partners closely with

Legal, Finance, Sales, and Service teams

to ensure contracts are commercially sound, compliant, and executed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Lead

contract negotiations

across multiple business lines, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and risk guardrails.

Review, draft, and interpret

complex contractual language , identifying risks, obligations, and opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams to support

renewals, client retention, and compliance initiatives .

Develop and recommend

renewal strategies

based on client needs, revenue goals, and organizational priorities.

Oversee contract lifecycle activities, ensuring timely completion of renewals and amendments.

Provide guidance and risk assessments to senior management and legal teams on key agreements.

Contribute to the

continuous improvement

of contract management processes, templates, and tools.

Support

financial analysis

related to transactions, including NOI, P&L, and budget impact assessments.

Required Qualifications

5+ years

of direct contract management experience, including

client-facing negotiations .

Strong understanding of

contract law principles

and the ability to simplify complex terms.

Proven success in

renewal strategy development

and execution.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage

high-volume, multi-line workloads .

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.

Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.

Professional presence and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Bachelor s degree preferred

(Business, Legal Studies, or related field). Equivalent experience considered.

Preferred Attributes

Experience in

financial services, technology, or enterprise contracts .

Background in

Business, Law, or Paralegal Studies

(JD or paralegal experience a plus).

Familiarity with

contract management systems

and workflow tools.
