Job Title: D365 Finance Functional Lead / Solution Architect: Dynamics 365 F&O Location: Rosemont, IL Type: Contract Responsibilities For D365 Finance Functional Lead

Lead the D365 Finance functional workstream within end-to-end implementations of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). Own the functional end-to-end solution and ensure consistency and correctness across the project. Design and govern an integrated system that aligns with the product-owners vision. Assess current systems architecture and work with the technical team to continually improve it. Provide leadership and guidance to the team throughout implementation, deployment, and support to ensure accurate delivery of project plans. Demonstrate deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 platform including Finance, Supply Chain Management (D365FO), and HR, with emphasis on what can be delivered out-of-the-box vs. when to use custom development. Communicate effectively with clients, lead meetings and workshops, and contribute to scope and estimates for sales proposals and statements of work. Responsibilities For Solution Architect: Dynamics 365 F&O

Owns the functional end-to-end solution for the project and ensures end-to-end solution consistency and correctness. Designs and takes responsibility for governance of an integrated system that meets the product-owners vision. Assesses existing systems architecture and collaborates with the technical team to continually improve it. Provides leadership and guidance to the team throughout the implementation, deployment, and support phases to ensure accurate delivery of project plans. Possesses deep knowledge of the Dynamics 365 platform including Finance, Supply Chain Management (D365FO), and HR with a focus on deliverables that can be achieved out of the box and when custom development is appropriate. Communicates effectively with clients, leads meetings and workshops, and helps develop scope and estimates for proposals and statements of work. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred. Proven experience (15+ years) in finance or accounting roles, with a focus on record-to-result processes and financial reporting. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in financial systems and software (ERP systems, Excel, financial reporting tools). Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data. Strong leadership and team management abilities; effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. D365FO Certification is a plus (MB-920, MB-300 & MB-310). Seniority
