Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist

to focus on the people side of change across multiple value streams. This role is critical in ensuring that impacted employees are engaged, prepared, and supported through change initiatives. The ideal candidate will be proactive in communication, skilled at stakeholder management, and comfortable working across complex, cross-functional programs. Overview

Responsibilities

Partner with program leads, value stream owners, and business stakeholders to identify people impacts of upcoming changes. Develop and execute OCM strategies and engagement plans that drive adoption and minimize resistance. Proactively communicate with diverse audiences—leaders, managers, and employees—to ensure clarity and consistency in change messaging. Support value stream delivery by aligning change initiatives with business objectives and employee needs. Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and feedback sessions to capture employee perspectives and adjust approaches accordingly. Create stakeholder engagement maps and manage relationship strategies to build advocacy across the organization. Build tailored communication and engagement materials (presentations, FAQs, newsletters, talking points). Track and measure adoption, engagement, and readiness across value streams; adjust plans based on insights. Coach leaders and managers to effectively lead their teams through change. Act as the connector between technical delivery and people impact, ensuring the human side of transformation is prioritized. Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, HR transformation, or related role. Strong background in people engagement, stakeholder management, and communications. Proven ability to design and deliver OCM strategies in multi-stream or large-scale initiatives. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex messages. Proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter) preferred. Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization. What We’re Looking For
