Executive Recruiter @ LHH | Staffing and Consulting Interim Controller (potential to become permanent) My longtime Manufacturing/Distribution client is looking for an interim Accounting Manager. This will be a stop-gap opportunity while they search for the permanent employee. There is potential for this to become a permanent position. On-Site in Broomfield Length of Project: 6-8 weeks Compensation: $50/hr-$65/hr

Responsibilities

Oversee the activities of the accounting department to ensure the accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reports including, internal and external monthly financial statements

Prepare accurate, complete and timely financial closes

Maintain accurate general ledger transactions through journal entry review and periodic review of GL account coding

Ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures, with an emphasis on proper transaction approval and segregation of duties

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field

5+ years relevant accounting experience
