What you’ll do (80–90% scheduling/logistics) Own a
high-volume, multi-time-zone calendar
and anticipate conflicts before they happen. Coordinate
complex travel
(air, hotel, ground) and end-to-end meeting logistics. Serve as a trusted liaison to internal/external stakeholders; maintain absolute confidentiality. Prepare agendas and materials; capture follow-ups and drive action-item completion. Partner closely with the Chief of Staff and fellow EAs to prioritize and sequence the day. Process expenses, reconcile travel, and keep information impeccably organized. Re-prioritize in real time—pivoting plans gracefully as the day evolves. Qualifications
5+ years
of executive-level support with direct C-suite exposure. Demonstrated excellence in
complex calendaring
and
travel orchestration
under tight timelines. Poised, polished communicator; relationship-builder with high EQ and sound judgment. Track record of
stability/tenure
and a reputation for discretion. Advanced
