As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee multiple construction projects, guiding your team of project managers to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires expertise in
MEP systems, renovations, project controls, and client management , along with the ability to drive financial performance and risk mitigation. Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and support a team of project managers to ensure project performance, timeline adherence, and achievement of key metrics. Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, risk management, contract negotiation, and resource allocation. Oversee client and subcontractor relationships, ensuring clear communication, progress tracking, and conflict resolution. Drive financial success by analyzing budgets, preparing proposals, monitoring costs, and implementing project recovery strategies when needed. Ensure compliance with company standards, specifications, and codes for project controls, procurement, field operations, engineering, and commissioning. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of management experience leading complex construction projects, including
MEP systems and active-site renovations . Minimum 3 years of functional experience in project controls, scheduling, forecasting, and documentation. Advanced computer skills:
MS Office Suite, Adobe, Visio,
scheduling/estimating
. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences. Proven ability to manage safety programs, compliance requirements, and cross-functional team coordination. Why Join Us
