Analytical Research & Development Scientist role within a global CDMO that supports top pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Operates across six platforms and offers solutions from early development through commercial manufacturing. Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and validate analytical methods for manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory submissions Drive innovation in analytical methodologies and manage technology transfers across global facilities Plan and execute research proposals, identifying project goals and resource needs Conduct analytical testing on drug substances, intermediates, and raw materials for clinical and registration purposes Ensure meticulous documentation and compliance with ICH and internal stability guidelines Troubleshoot and resolve analytical challenges in manufacturing environments Support stability programs and uphold quality, environmental, health & safety (QEH&S) principles Manage hazardous and non-hazardous waste according to safety and environmental standards Adapt to flexible working hours to support production and validation demands Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in the pharmaceutical sector Strong analytical chemistry expertise with proven proficiency in method development and GMP compliance Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at every level Advanced skills in mathematical analysis and statistical concepts Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required Why Join Us
