We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator to join our construction team. This position will focus on estimating both residential and commercial projects, including custom homes, renovations, and mid-scale commercial builds. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing, as well as experience preparing accurate cost estimates for bids and ongoing projects. Responsibilities

Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to develop detailed and accurate cost estimates Prepare take-offs for materials, labor, and equipment for both residential and commercial projects Solicit and analyze bids from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to clarify project scopes and resolve discrepancies Assist in preparing and submitting proposals, budgets, and bid packages Maintain current cost databases and pricing information for various materials and labor categories Support pre-construction meetings and provide input on project scheduling and feasibility Monitor project costs and assist in change order pricing during construction Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors to ensure reliable and high-quality partnerships Qualifications

3 to 5 years of estimating experience in residential and commercial construction Strong understanding of building systems, materials, and construction processes Ability to interpret and analyze architectural and engineering drawings Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, estimating software (such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or ProEst), and general office tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple estimates under tight deadlines Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, but equivalent experience accepted Salary

Salary Range: $75,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience and project scope responsibilities Benefits
