Overview We are hiring an
Enterprise Solution Sales Executive, DACH
to join our distributed sales team and report to the Regional Head of Solution Sales for the EMEA region. In this role you will lead a territory of named accounts across the DACH region, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive success and deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end sales motions for our Strategy Collection offering (Focus/Talent/Jira Align)
Partner with account teams on account planning and drive the book of business
Build territory and account plans across the DACH region
Co‑sell and collaborate with solution partners and GSIs
Forecast pipeline and forecast a pipeline for our Strategy Collection offering
Qualifications
Proven success as a quota‑carrying, closing professional in Enterprise SaaS, driving new business and expansions across the DACH market
Expert at building relationships and influencing multi‑level senior stakeholders
Strategic territory and account planning, prioritizing high‑impact customer engagements to drive growth
Experienced in expanding enterprise accounts and leading complex, transformational deals
Skilled at aligning internal teams to achieve shared goals
Knowledgeable in Scaled Agile Frameworks, Lean Portfolio Management, and MEDDPICC methodologies
Mindset
Team player approach, focused on building pipeline and driving business within your assigned territory
Customer‑first mentality: advocate for customer interests, solve complex problems, influence outcomes, and align with Atlassian’s strategy
Commitment to continuous learning and openness to feedback
