HR Generalist with experience of HRIS support

to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for supporting day‑to‑day HR operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, enhancing employee engagement, supporting employee lifecycle processes, and ensuring data‑driven decisions through effective HRIS management. Supporting leaders with hiring key talent and optimizing HR technologies to streamline processes and improve data integrity is key to the role. The ideal candidate is agile, tech‑savvy, and thrives in a fast‑paced, regulated, innovative industry. Key Responsibilities

Administer and support the maintenance of Paycom, our HRIS platform, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and user support across the organization. Act as HRIS subject matter expert for HR operations, supporting process improvements, troubleshooting, and system enhancements. Generate HR reports and dashboards for compliance, headcount analysis, turnover metrics, and workforce planning. Lead and support with end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes in alignment with regulatory and quality standards. Ensure accurate and timely updates to employee records, organizational charts, and job descriptions. Support benefits administration, open enrollment, and leave of absence tracking. Help implement and enforce company policies in accordance with HIPAA, and other regulatory frameworks applicable to the medtech industry. Partner with cross‑functional teams to align HR processes with company policies and compliance requirements. Assist with employee relations, performance reviews, and training coordination. Support HR audits and training & learning compliance reviews. Technical Skills

HRIS Systems: Strong experience with one or more HRIS platforms, such as Paycom, Sage, UKG Pro, ADP Workforce Now, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc. Data Reporting & Analytics: Skilled in generating custom reports and dashboards using HRIS tools and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and/or Power BI. ATS & Onboarding Tools: Familiarity with integrated applicant tracking systems and onboarding modules. System Integration: Awareness of integration points between HRIS, payroll, benefits, and timekeeping systems. Process Automation: Experience streamlining HR workflows through HRIS enhancements or tools such as e‑signature and document management systems. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. 2–4 years of HR generalist experience, with strong hands‑on HRIS experience. Experience supporting HR in a regulated industry, preferably medical device, biotech, or healthcare technology. Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance practices in regulated environments. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with high attention to confidentiality and detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and HR technology tools. Preferred Qualifications: PHR, SHRM‑CP, or HRIS‑specific certifications (e.g., Workday Pro, ADP Certified). Experience supporting HR in FDA‑regulated or ISO 13485‑certified environments. Previous involvement in HRIS implementation, upgrades, or configuration projects. What We Offer
