Senior Systems Engineer - Elevating GEOINT Excellence As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will take the helm in guiding engineering teams toward a multi-disciplinary approach encompassing requirements engineering, solutions engineering, reliability, resiliency, and more across the System of Geospatial-intelligence (NSG), Allied System of Geospatial-intelligence (ASG), and Federal Agencies. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of timely and precise Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT). Responsibilities

Lead Mid-level and Junior-level system engineers in executing a range of activities from requirements engineering to integration and evaluation, ensuring success across NSG, ASG, and Federal Agencies. Spearhead planning, analysis, and traceability of user requirements, procedures, and enhancements, harnessing the potential of cloud service capabilities. Provide direction to developing solutions designs, founded on rigorous requirements analysis and emerging technology trends. Collaborate with Government entities to translate mission and customer needs into actionable systems and capabilities. Support requirement allocation and systems architecture components for seamless program execution. Contribute to systems integration activities and oversee Analysis of Alternatives, Trade Studies, and Engineering Assessments. Play a key role in strategic technical planning, risk management, project leadership, and interface design. Operate at a level that bridges multiple systems, services, processes, and interfaces within Major Systems Acquisitions, transcending organizational boundaries. Required Skills and Experience

US Citizenship Top Secret / SCI Security Clearance Bachelor’s degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related STEM field, or equivalent Senior level experience as a Systems Engineer. Extensive senior-level working experience in government or industry, including DoD/IC Acquisition Process, Requirements Process, PPBES Process, or system engineering of large complex System of Systems or Service Oriented Architecture/Cloud environments. Proficiency in systems engineering lifecycle and a deep understanding of its principles. Desired Skills and Experience

Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related STEM field. Working knowledge of Model Based Systems Engineering, software development frameworks, and related tools. INCOSE Certified System Engineering Professional (CSEP) certification. Documented work experience in the dynamic field of geospatial intelligence. Licensure as a professional engineer. Active participation in professional organizations like ACSM, ASCE, ASPRS, OGC, SAREM, USGIF. Expertise in photogrammetry, remote sensing, geographic information systems, or related fields. Demonstrated familiarity with the current NSG/ASG and NRO enterprises. Relevant Hashtags
