Senior GTM Engineer – Huntress Reports to: Director, Demand Integration

Location: Remote US

Compensation Range: $135,000 to $145,000 base plus bonus and equity

Background Huntress is a fully remote, global team of passionate experts on a mission to break down the barriers to cybersecurity. Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress protects over 4 million endpoints and 7 million identities worldwide, elevating under-resourced IT teams with enterprise‑grade, fully owned and managed cybersecurity products delivered as an affordable SaaS application.

What You’ll Do As a Senior GTM Engineer, you will design and scale the technical backbone that powers how we target, engage, and convert prospects and customers across the entire funnel. You will build and maintain intelligent automations, AI‑driven workflows, and integrations that make our GTM teams smarter, faster, and more connected. The role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, RevOps Systems, and Data, acting as a system orchestrator across the buyer journey and driving top‑of‑funnel discovery, outbound plays, and expansion workflows that accelerate growth and retention.

Responsibilities

Architect scalable GTM workflows:

Design, build, and maintain advanced technical workflows that power enrichment, account discovery, scoring, campaign triggers, and outreach programs across multiple channels.

Own and scale Clay capabilities:

Take full ownership of Clay as a core GTM platform, continuously iterate, expand functionality, and unlock new use cases to support sales workflows, campaigns, and experimentation.

Operationalize data enrichment:

Partner with the Data team, RevOps, and MarketingOps to optimize and operationalize enrichment pipelines (e.g., ZoomInfo, Clay), ensuring enriched data flows cleanly into Salesforce, HubSpot, and marketing tools.

Automate personalization:

Build workflows that leverage enriched data and AI‑driven insights to automate sales outreach and trigger targeted marketing plays.

Collaborate cross‑functionally:

Bridge strategy and execution, partnering across teams to leverage tools and automation that power smarter, faster, and more connected revenue growth.

Drive automation standards:

Establish best practices, documentation, and governance for GTM workflow development, balancing speed with maintainability and data integrity.

Troubleshoot & optimize:

Monitor workflows and integrations for performance, proactively identify issues, and optimize for reliability, speed, and clarity.

Evaluate & pilot emerging tools:

Partner with RevOps leadership to identify, pilot, and operationalize new technologies and approaches that improve efficiency and impact.

Mentor & up‑level:

Share expertise with GTM and RevOps teams, helping raise the technical literacy and standard of execution across the org.

What You Bring To The Team

5+ years in GTM, RevOps, Marketing Ops, or Sales Ops engineering roles at a B2B SaaS company.

Experience with modern GTM tools such as Clay, ZoomInfo, Hightouch, or similar.

Deep hands‑on experience with Salesforce and at least one major marketing automation platform (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).

Strong technical skills with API integrations, webhooks, workflow automation platforms (Workato, Tray.io, Zapier), and data transformation (JSON, mapping, enrichment).

Ability to architect end‑to‑end workflows and integrations that span multiple functions and tools.

Comfort working with structured and unstructured data.

A blend of technical fluency and GTM acumen—comfortable moving between strategy and execution, and collaborating across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Data.

Strategic thinking with a bias toward action—build for scale without getting stuck in theory.

Excellent communication skills; able to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders and vice versa.

Experience operationalizing Clay for outbound/trigger‑based campaigns or advanced segmentation and enrichment logic.
