Denver, CO | Full‑Time | Competitive Pay + Benefits + Paid Training

What You’ll Do
Install, troubleshoot, and service robotic and automated systems at customer sites

Collaborate with engineers and customers to ensure smooth installs, maintenance, and upgrades
Travel regularly (50–75%) across the U.S. and internationally to support projects
What We’re Looking For
Experience with hands‑on troubleshooting of automation, robotics, or industrial equipment
Familiarity with PLC programming/troubleshooting (Allen Bradley or Siemens preferred)
Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude — comfortable “turning wrenches” and working in real‑world environments
Problem solver who thrives in a fast‑paced, changing environment
Willingness to travel and represent NOVA Automation at customer sites
Veterans, trade school grads, and candidates with related field service experience encouraged to apply
Candidates outside Colorado with related field service experience encouraged to apply as well (relocation and remote work available)
Why Join NOVA?
Competitive pay + overtime opportunities
Paid training & certifications (robotics, PLCs, automation systems)
Travel perks: company‑paid travel, per diem, and relocation assistance available
Work with a tight‑knit team at a growing automation company with global clients
Opportunity to make a direct impact on projects and see results of your work
