6 months (potential conversion after 6 months) Responsibilities
Partner with HRBPs and commercial leaders to support performance management processes. Provide coaching and guidance to frontline managers on employee performance issues. Draft and manage performance improvement plans (PIPs) and related documentation. Conduct and support employee relations investigations, including documentation and resolution recommendations. Partner with key stakeholders such as HR Centers of Excellence (COE's), HR Service Center, and people leaders to ensure Workday data cleanliness, and facilitate HR tickets mass upload changes. Provide reporting support as needed Maintain compliance with employment laws and internal policies. Collaborate on HR projects and initiatives as needed or as time permits. Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a commercial or field-based environment. Experience conducting or supporting employee relations investigations. Strong understanding of performance management and employee relations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build trust and influence across levels. Experience in a medical device, healthcare, or life sciences company is a plus. Proficiency in Workday systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
