Senior Recruiting Consultant at RPL International
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting tasks for several company locations, including posting journal entries, managing payables and receivables, and assisting with payroll entries.
Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheets, and intercompany transactions to ensure accuracy and consistency across entities.
Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports, supporting the consolidation process for management review.
Help maintain accounting procedures and internal controls to support accurate financial reporting.
Support the month-end and year-end closing process by preparing schedules, account analyses, and adjusting entries.
Work closely with the accounting team and external auditors by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Track project-related expenses for development and construction initiatives, ensuring proper coding and cost allocation.
Assist with cash flow tracking, budget updates, and variance analysis as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
2–4 years of accounting experience, ideally within a multi-entity or international company.
Familiarity with intercompany accounting and financial consolidations.
Experience in industries such as real estate, development, or construction is helpful but not required.
Strong Excel skills and proficiency with accounting systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar ERP software.
