Job Description We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Helpdesk Administrator to provide first-line technical support, manage hardware and software systems, and ensure seamless technology operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys solving problems while supporting end-users with patience and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line technical support to users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
Install and configure hardware such as Dell/HP laptops and peripherals, ensuring devices are fully equipped with required drivers.
Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 environments, including user account creation and management in the Admin Center.
Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory (AD) for user and resource management.
Set up and configure Microsoft Teams VoIP phone systems for efficient communication.
Collaborate with end-users to address technical issues, offer training, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures for knowledge sharing and consistency.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a helpdesk or IT support role, preferably in a Microsoft environment.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
Basic understanding of Teams VoIP phone systems and their configuration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals (MS-900, AZ-900), or similar.
Familiarity with networking concepts and basic troubleshooting.
Exposure to scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell) is a plus.
