Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
We're seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager or Director-level candidate to lead high-end residential construction projects in downtown Boston. This is a strategic growth hire with the opportunity to manage and expand a luxury-focused division.
Our client is a well-established custom homebuilder based in Southborough, MA, known for crafting some of the most ornate and high-profile residences in the region. With a team of around 30 professionals and a portfolio that includes new construction homes valued between $10M-$20M, they are expanding their footprint in the downtown Boston market.
Description As a Senior Project Manager/Director, you will report directly to the leadership team and oversee multiple luxury residential projects in Boston. This role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of a growing division and work on architecturally significant homes.
Responsibilities
Lead construction of brownstones, townhomes, condos, and high-end apartments in downtown Boston
Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships
Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to ensure project vision is executed
Oversee site operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development
Drive division growth and help shape strategic direction
Maintain strong communication with leadership and stakeholders
Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and scope

10+ years of experience in high-end custom residential construction
Proven track record managing $1M+ projects in urban environments
Strong leadership and client-facing skills
Familiarity with Procore, BIM 360, and luxury construction workflows
Located within commuting distance to Boston and Southborough
Job Offer
Base salary up to $150K
Bonus potential of 15-20% (total comp can exceed $200K+)
