Defence Business Development Lead
to drive our growth across Germany and neighbouring defence markets. You’ll play a pivotal role in establishing our UAV solutions with armed forces, integrators and industrial partners across the DACH region and Central Europe helping shape how next-generation autonomous systems are adopted in one of the world’s most advanced defence ecosystems. This is a strategic, high-ownership role within a rapidly scaling European UAV company ideal for someone who combines technical credibility with the drive to open new markets and deliver tangible results. What you’ll be doing
Developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for Germany and Central Europe Building trusted relationships with the Bundeswehr, BAAINBw, system integrators, and industrial partners Leading capture and bid activity across key UAV, ISR and C-UAS opportunities Identifying and shaping new programmes and cooperative initiatives with regional primes and SMEs Translating customer and operational requirements into actionable plans for our product, engineering and bid teams Representing the company at defence exhibitions, trials and joint demonstrations What we’re looking for
Proven experience (5+ years) delivering complex sales or capture within defence Strong understanding of German and NATO procurement processes, including BAAINBw and industry partnerships Technically fluent in unmanned systems, ISR or related defence technologies Established network across German and Central European defence and industrial ecosystems Excellent communication skills in
German and English Self-motivated, adaptable and comfortable operating within a fast-moving, international scale-up You’ll be part of a company redefining UAV capability in Europe, innovative, fast-growing and mission-focused.
