Position Overview As the Director of Business Development for Europe NATO Germany, you will lead strategy, capture, and customer engagement activities across European defense organizations with a primary focus on NATO and the German defense market. This role combines market creation, international government relations, and pursuit execution. You will work directly with senior defense leaders, procurement agencies, and operational units to establish ACS as the preferred C‑UAS solution provider in the region. What You Will Do

Drive business growth and capture strategies across NATO and European MoDs Lead customer engagement within Germany including procurement, integrators, and operational commands Build trusted relationships with defense stakeholders in high priority partner nationsPosition ACS capabilities through technology demonstrations and operational experimentation Shape requirements and communicate threat trends across European operational theaters Partner with internal executives, engineers, and legal to execute international deals Oversee teaming agreements with regional primes and defense industrial partners Navigate export control considerations including ITAR and related compliance What You Will Need

7+ years of defense business development or international capture experience Deep familiarity with NATO procurement pathways and German defense acquisition Knowledge of air defense, counter UAS, robotics, or autonomous weapons systems Demonstrated success winning programs with foreign military customers Strong communication and negotiation capabilities across multinational stakeholders Bachelor degree in business, political science, engineering, or similar field Ability to travel across Europe and to the United States as required What We Offer
