Workers\' Compensation Defense Attorney
• Employment Type: Full-time Location: California (remote/hybrid); remote work supported by secure, web-based case management, billing, and research tools. Qualifications
Experience: Minimum one year of workers\' compensation defense experience preferred; active California State Bar membership in good standing required. Defense Base Act/Longshore & Harbor Workers\' Compensation experience is a plus. Client-Focused Approach: Proactive, responsive, and committed to delivering exceptional client service from assignment through resolution. Skills & Expertise: Strong research, analytical, and organizational abilities with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating a fully paperless environment and leveraging web-based legal tools. Professionalism & Collaboration: Demonstrates a strong work ethic and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners. Benefits
