Job Summary and Responsibilities This role provides strategic HR and talent support to leaders and employees at one or more HCA Healthcare facilities, creating a desired workplace culture and engaged workforce.
Collaborates with leaders to shape and execute business strategy; partners with COEs to design and deliver HR practices.
Ensures employees and leaders have the knowledge, skills and abilities to meet business needs.
Engages leaders to understand talent needs and implement talent assessment processes.
Proactively obtains, interprets and presents metrics and analysis.
Partners with line managers to identify and create organizational capabilities such as collaboration, culture, accountability and efficiency.
Develops and executes workforce strategy; diagnoses and solves workforce issues.
Interprets and drives employee engagement action planning.
Measures employee morale and satisfaction; leads improvement efforts.
Provides counsel on situational issues and resolves conflicts.
Supports employee relations, ethics and compliance investigations.
Advise on performance counseling and discipline.
Upholds compliance standards, performs workers’ comp intake processing and employee leave administration.
Collaborates with COEs to ensure high‑level service delivery.
Plans for and participates in emergency and disaster situations.
Promotes a healthy work environment; fosters a culture of belonging and accountability and facilitates change.
Qualifications
5+ years of relevant HR experience.
3+ years in an HR Generalist or Business Partner role.
Bachelor’s degree.
